Cleaning is at the core of your guests’ experience, and guest expectations are high. Our professionally trained staff, goes beyond cleaning and ensures hotel level detailing for each of the properties we manage.

Premium Linens, Towels & Toiletries

We use hotel grade, premium linens, and towels, and would be happy to provide them. Furthermore, we have our own laundry facility where we ensure that all linens and towels are in top condition. Comfortable and fresh linens & towels have been shown to increase guest satisfaction by 20%+.
Monthly Deep Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily cleaning and detailing is very effective, but in order to keep apartments performing at optimum levels and ensure your furniture stays in top condition, deep cleaning and maintenance is advised once per month.
Inventory Management & Control

99.9% of guests are very responsible and leave the apartment in the same condition they found it. However, for that 0,1% of troublemakers, it is important to have a clear inventory management process in place.
